New construction of a 49,000-square-foot chemical storage building, 20,000-square-foot processing building, and a 7,000-square-foot control building at a premier oil and gas chemical manufacturing facility complex. The control building space includes offices, conference room, processing area, control room, locker rooms, and a break room. The project features a 250-ton material storage silo, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, gravity feed hoppers, slide gates, and knife hoppers with complete controls package. Related site improvements include over 150,000 square feet of paving, a 2.5 acre detention pond, truck well, and loading docks.
