New construction of an 8,300-square-foot EMS facility. The building includes four apparatus bays, five dorms, meeting room, dayroom, kitchen and dining areas. On-site detention was required along with domestic and sanitary utilities. The parking lot paving approach required TX-DOT permitting and approval as it tied in with a state highway.
