Construction of a new fire training facility and development of nearly 20 acres. This project includes an 8,000-square-foot, three-story, Class A burn building and a six-story training tower utilizing a poured-in-place concrete structure. The burn building simulates residential and commercial live fire training across 12 separate rooms. The training tower is designed to accommodate up to 2,000-gallon-per-minute flow from an aerial traffic suppression stream.
