This project includes the complete renovation of a new city hall and police department building to serve as the City of Fulshear’s municipal complex. The renovation work includes selective demolition, exterior and interior finishes, lighting, MEP systems, data communications/IT, and security improvements. Structural columns on the first floor of the two-story building were removed and the building structure was supported to provide for the city council chambers. A covered walkway was built to connect the two buildings.
