Program management of 27,00 square feet of new construction and 30,000 square feet of renovation for new exhibit, concert, conference, and office space. The project included a three-story facility featuring a new 200-seat theater and exhibition space showcasing a full-size rail car and boat. Outdoor improvements included a children’s garden and amphitheater. We were able to assist the client in various decision-making processes by utilizing our estimating team and our construction team’s knowledge and experience – providing the museum with significant cost savings and construction expertise.
