New construction of a 19,000 square foot Sheriff’s office patrol facility. The project was constructed on an active criminal justice campus and phased to have no impact on daily operations. The facility provides dedicated holding cells for Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office deputies and police officers. This holding space eliminates the need to travel to the City of Conroe for booking, an estimated three-hour process. The building includes a secure vehicle sally port, deputy offices, dedicated training room, fully equipped locker room, break rooms, future office growth space, and five secure holding cells.
