New construction of an 8,500-square-foot, pre-engineered metal building with 1,800 square feet of office space and 6,600 square feet of warehouse area. Also included is a salt fabric storage structure made of precast walls and stainless steel, blender equipment and brine mixing pad constructed of concrete to hold equipment, storm-water detention basin, magnesium pond, rail manifold including 2,600 linear feet or railroad, and a conveyor system for offloading and loading products from rail to trucks.
