Multi-phased demolition, renovation, and interior build-out of 36,000 square feet of Class A office space. The project encompassed three separate levels of the building and had no impact to daily operations. The project included cutting edge meeting spaces, new lobbies, receptionist work spaces, work stations, and community break rooms.
