Progress is in full swing as we push forward on multiple fronts! Check out this update where we poured 850 yards of concrete.
Next, we will focus on:
-Installing trench drains
-Pouring grade beams
-Building up the scale house pad

Meet Jenn, our dedicated Director of Administration, who has been a vital part of the CBG team for the past 6.5 years. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Jenn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our office operations.
Jenn oversees all of Human Resources, IT, benefits, and general office administration for all CBG locations. Her commitment to ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and collaboration within our organization is truly commendable, making CBG an even stronger team.
When asked, “What is your favorite part about your role at CBG?” Jenn replied, “I love getting to affect change in policies and procedures that make things more efficient and collaborative internally.

🚧 Exciting progress at the Pasadena Police Annex! Last week, our team at poured the east & west sections of an 8” thick structural slab, covering 750 yards across two days. We've also started casting beds to begin formwork on the tilt wall panels. Looking ahead, steel delivery and tilt wall panel erection are scheduled for early September, with structural steel framing continuing throughout September. Stay tuned as we keep building excellence! 💪
