Lots of excitement over the weekend as we cut the ribbon on our most recently completed project in Carlsbad, NM, The Post Time Inn. This project included the major renovation and contemporary restoration of a 1950’s hotel which includes 40 guest rooms, 20 of which are double occupancy, and has a total square footage of approximately 22,000.
