New construction of four pre-engineered metal buildings including a warehouse, maintenance building, laboratory and Motor Control Center facility. The 17-acre site development includes nearly 130,000 square feet of paving, 266,000-gallon steel fire water tank, self-contained fire pump building, and 2.36-acre storm detention pond.
