New construction of a cast-in-place concrete fire training burn building. The two-story, 2,500-square-foot, structure featured nine different rooms, balcony, stairs, and roof training spaces. The structure was protected by a special thermal lining system, which maintains the structural integrity of the building. The project was built at an existing fire training campus, with no disruptions to ongoing operations.
