New construction of a 6,000-square-foot administration building, 4,000-square-foot lab building, and 10,000-square-foot shop building with a stone and glazing exterior. The project also included two metal building sheds and a wood framed salt brine shed totaling over 14,000 square feet. Demolition of existing administration, lab, and shop buildings took place before construction began.
