New construction of a 3-story steel structure featuring a precast concrete panel façade, new asphalt parking lot, site utilities, PVC roofing system, and single-story connector to the existing administration building. The new facility includes 12 open office areas with focus rooms for individuals and various-sized conference and huddle rooms that can fit up to 20 people. Additional features include training rooms, assembly areas, a full kitchen, break rooms, locker rooms, quiet/wellness rooms, LAN rooms, electrical distribution rooms, and two elevators.
