Texas African American History Memorial
New construction of the last monument to be located on the Texas Capitol Grounds in Austin, TX. The project included close coordination with renowned sculpture Ed Dwight to provide complicated double radius support walls, granite clad sculpture plinth, and landscaping. A specialized lifting plan was developed to receive, offload, and set the massive 20,000 pound sculpture on the structural plinth.
